Filming ps2 gameplay?

How do I film ps2 gameplay? I only have a laptop can it be done?

I use a DVD recorder and record the games i play. Then in the recorder burn the recorded video to a re writable dvd cd. put it in my pc and use a dvd ripper to turn it into a avi. Then edit and I'm done.

PS: You can also use 2 vcr's but dvd recorders have higher quality videos.
