a hospital closing down just children on frist floor but what is on second floor

(i think) charlotte a sprite children meation her name but adults dont

anyone tries to leave the building she will break there bones or wrse kills them

start of the film a new nurse arrives fines out charlottf is not a girl but the girls nurse she saves the day

but i cant remember now it ends or any names of the actors

It's called 'Fragile'.  It has Calista Flockheart as the nurse Amy in it.

(SPOILERS)

They try to get them out of the hospital and then all the building stops shaking and the little girl, Maggie, has gone missing and then Amy trys to get her away from the 'Mechanical Girl' who was actulally the litlle gurls nurse who didn't want the girl to leave.  Amy dies and I think Maggie does too.  But then Maggie's ghost kisses Amy and she comes back to life.
