Filter keys help? please :)?

Question

once i held the shift key too long and it changed my settings permanently. every time i turn on my computer i have to hold the shift key down for 8 sec. and they turn off for the time being. i want to be able to turn on my computer without the filter keys coming on. i've tried unchecking all the boxes in the accessibility options and applying the settings but everytime i turn on my computer the filter keys just keep coming back on. :(

Try this:

Control Panel >> Accessibility Options >> Remove all check-marks

Then you also have to go to the Settings sub-menu and remove the check-marks there.

Hit OK twice and you’re done.
