FinAid for Cosmetology?

Im 22 years old, married and I have a 14 month old. I have always wanted to go to school to be a hair stylist, but after I graduated, got married and had a baby it all got pushed to the back burner. I want to go to school, a great school, but I dont have the money to go. It cost $15,000, and my husband makes great money but with a baby and me being a SAHM I dont have extra money laying around to go to school. My husband makes 50,000 a year.. can I qualify for financial aid?

I would imagine that you would qualify for subdized loans (interest free while in school).  I doubt that you would receive the Pell Grant (free money), but there are additional programs available that vary state by state.   Complete the FAFSA online using this years federal income taxes.  It's good for July 1, 08 through June 30, 09.  Once the FAFSA (fed agency) receives it, it takes about a month to transmit to your college.  They will need that information in hand to make you a formal financial aid offer.  Do consider the increased costs of black clothing :),  day care, and tools in your budget, too.
