Final Delivery eyes victory in the Norfolk Racing Club/Oakley Horseboxes Apprentice Selling Stakes
Yarmouth will host the Norfolk Racing Club/Oakley Horseboxes Apprentice Selling Stakes on 10th April, 2012. The race is highly anticipated as five runners will compete over a distance of 1 mile, 2 furlongs
and 21 yards for £1,617.
Final Delivery is the one who is stirring the most interest from the market. He looks in good form and has the stamina to complete the track with good speed.

He will be competing against Imperial Stargazer, Meet Joe Black, April Leyf and Skyeron.
The three-year-old son of Three Valleys, out of mare Bowled Out, landed a magnificent victory in the Mirror Punters Club Median Auction Maiden Stakes at Wolverhampton on 30th December, 2011.
Ridden by jockey, David Kenny, he demonstrated his skill and left the rest of the competition struggling behind. He acquired the narrow victory by ½ a length margin over runner-up, Foursquare Funtime.
Owned by M. Khan X2, he is currently under the training of George Baker. He suffered a slight setback in his seasonal debut, as he finished last in the Holtye Handicap at Lingfield on 18th January, 2012.
Breaking out from post 1, Final Delivery has an opportunity to redeem himself with this race if he repeats his performance from last season.
Imperial Stargazer has not claimed a placed finish in his last three races, and this event might give him an opportunity to excel. Trained by Mick Channon, for owner Peter Taplin, he finsihed eighth in the Skysports.com Handicap at Kempton on 8th February,
2012.
In 2011, he finished seventh thrice in five starts. Today, he will be mounted by Charles Bishop, entering the race from post 5.
April Leyf, daughter of Kheleyf, out of mare Maroussies Rock, competed in her career maiden on 24th September, 2011, and finished last. The Mark Brisbourne trained three-year-old filly showed slight improvement in the last race
of the season.
She finished in sixth among seven runners in the Book Now For Christmas Median Auction Maiden Stakes at Wolverhampton on 20th October, 2011.
Final Delivery looks like he has the best odds, and it will be easy for him to score against this line-up.
Imperial Stargazer has a slight chance of improving, if she puts in extra effort then she might be able to claim a placed finish, whereas April Leyf might secure a finish in third place.
