Hey I have final fantasy VII somewhere in my house I lost it =P. So I downloaded it for my PSX emulator on my mac and I realized that when I got into battles it ran REALLY REALLY SLOW. I need to be able to play it on something I can. I have no windows, I have 2 psp's firmware 4.10 and firmware 3.11 as far as I know you cannot downgrade from those firmwares withought spending money. I also have a ps2 and numerous other systems. Is there anyway to get FF7 to run on anything I own withought spending money? Please help! I own it so it's not illegal. (Don't just respond saying buy on ebay or something cuz thats annoying I can't spend any money.)

  1. It's weird. I play it on an emulator for Windows XP and it works perfectly. Try to change some settings on the emulator to make it faster, or download the latest version. If your PlayStation 2 is modded, burn the game on a CD and play it on PS2. Otherwise, you probably don't have other options except if you get a Windows PC. ePSXe (the most advanced PlayStation emulator) can work on Linux too.
