Final Fantasy XI collection '07?

Question

i got final fantasy the 07 version and i have a windows vista on my computer and i installed the game and everything and i have Playonline but when i go to try and play on ff it says "Unable to start Final Fantasty XI b/c it is not installed. (Error:020)" and i tried downloading the patches but its not working..anyone know how to help?? PLS!

Do you have an updated graphics card? Maybe thats whats stopping you

If your on Windows Vista, you need to download the vista version of playonline:

There error is also common if someone installs playonline, but fails to actually install the original game. Make sure you installed FFXI from the install disc, not just Play Online and the expansions.
