Part 3: Final Squad Listing Of the English Premier League (Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United)

Liverpool F.C: Roy Hodgson was linked with a lot of talented strikers and when he came on to manage ‘The Reds’ then it was felt that he would bring in some good recruits for the team.
It was predicted that a good back up would be recruited to help Torres in his forward endeavors, but sadly this did not happen and Hodgson only signed new defenders and midfielders.
The well known recruits are Raul Meireles, Christian Poulson, Milan Jovanovic, Joe Cole and Paul Konchesky.
Roy Hodgson did not have any issues making the minimum home grown quota requirement as he already has numerous home grown players in his team, so in the end Hodgson announced a list of a twenty one men.
The final listings for the Reds are: Jamie Carragher, Stephen Darby, Glen Johnson, Sotirios Kyrgiakos,Brad Jones, Paul Konchesky, Jay Spearing, Fabio Aurelio, Ryan Babel, Milan Jovanovic, Dirk Kuyt, Lucas Leiva, Raul Meireles, Christian Poulsen, Pepe Reina, Martin Skrtel, Fernando Torres, Joe Cole, Steven Gerrard, Maxi Rodriguez, Daniel Agger.
Another choice that the manager has is that he can call Martin Kelly, Peter Gulacsi, Jonjo Shelvey, Daniel Pacheco, Nathan Eccleston, Daniel Wilson and David Ngog as all of them are under the age of twenty one.

Manchester City F.C: Roberto Mancini has made up a multimillion dollar squad this summer with the total transfer spending reaching a whopping one hundred and eighty six million pounds.
The Eastland’s is suddenly full of the most talented players in Europe and a lot is expected from them. With their new investors from Abu Dhabi who have pumped more than a hundred million into the club. The management and the boss are under a lot of pressure to prove themselves and recover some of the transfer expenditures.
Mancini did not face much trouble with the new home grown quota system as his new players like James Milner and Joe Hart are home grown and in the end the manager announced a full twenty five man squad.
Mancini also has a handful of youngsters who can compensate for play time if needed as they are under twenty one years old. This list includes Mario Balotelli, Dedryck Boyata, Greg Cunningham, Abdi Ibrahim and Alex Tchuimeni-Nimely.
The final twenty five man squad list includes: Shay Given, Joe Hart, Jerome Boateng, Wayne Bridge, Vincent Kompany, Shaleum Logan, Micah Richards, Kolo Toure, Pablo Zabaleta, Gareth Barry, Nigel de Jong, Adam Johnson, Michael Johnson, Joleon Lescott, James Milner, David Silva, Patrick Vieira, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Emmanuel Adebayor,Yaya Toure, Jo, Stuart Taylor, Roque Santa Cruz, Carlos Tevez and Aleksander Kolarov.
Manchester United F.C: Sir Alex Ferguson has been relatively passive this transfer season as he felt content with the players that he already had. The red devils manager made a few minor signings, the only interesting happening here was the signing of Javier Hernandez to old Trafford.
The Mexican player shows a lot of promise and a lot is expected from him, Manchester United’s other signings were small and cheap. This was mainly due to the lack of funds in the club.
The Red Devils did make two unexpected additions to the final squad that is going to be playing this season and that is the outcast Michael Owen and the injured Owen Hargreaves.
In addition to this Sir Alex can take players from the under twenty one team, a list that includes: Fabio, Ritchie De Laet, Bebe, Chris Smalling, Gabriel Obertan, Federico Macheda and Rafael.
So the final twenty four man squad announced by the red Devils goes as follows: Darren Fletcher, Tomasz Kuszczak, Darron Gibson, Edwin van der Sar, Wes Brown, Owen Hargreaves, Nani, Anderson, Park Ji-Sung, Patrice Evra, Rio Ferdinand, Paul Scholes, Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Dimitar Berbatov, John O'Shea, Javier Hernandez, Nemanja Vidic, Michael Carrick, Ben Amos, Michael Owen, Wayne Rooney, Jonathan Evans, Antonio Valencia.
