Final fantasy VIII garden deck help?

Question

Hi, I just got the garden ship to move and cid tells me to check if every one is ok. I go out into the deck and the scene where rinoa looks at the birds and smiles happens. After that I try to leave through the door but squall just hits it like a wall and im stuck in there. Im using ePSXe emulator and im not sure if its a disc problem. please help
