Final fantasy tactics a2 grimoire of the rift help plz?

as you must have noticed in the game you get weapons that have

sky pirate abilites to learn

but i beat the game ( not all missions )

but i beat that girl with blue hair nails lipstick lipgloss thing, and

then i ad 2 defeat this pod, arm, and a white ball looking thing..

i beat it , it wasnt hard at all , but i still dont got a sky pirate i

dont even know if you even get 1 do you?

if so how? complete all missions? i got 200 missions + done

and im lvl 42 ( luso ) but my highest is lvl 55 ( a raptor )

To get the Sky Pirate (a job exclusive to Vaan), you need to go to Fluorgis before you fight Illua for the 3rd time and do some tiny quest that comes up automatically. You also get Penelo (Dancer) when you do that.
