Final interview at marriott hotel?

i had a first interview at the courtyard by Marriott. i passed the interview did the drug test and now they want me come in for a final interview with the general manager. What should i expect? am i basically guaranteed a job or no? what will we discuss?

Usually if you pass the drug test, you are in.  The general Manager wants to see if you are pleasant.  If you will be able to do the job as advertised. You will discuss what is expected of you.  Good luck to you.  Hotel work can be pretty sucky.

depends on the state. in California, they shouldn't do a drug test until they are prepared to offer you the job. not sure about other states

Not guaranteed just yet; this is the final and deciding interview, as for what he will discuss that remains to be seen, just be prepared to answer questions about the company and what you can bring to the table to be an asset.
