Final removal of XPSecurityCenter.com rogue trojan virus?

A few weeks back I downloaded some software that included

the XPSecurityCenter anti-spyware program that basically

hijacks your computer. It adds frequent Popups to your toolbar

that warn "Your Computer is infected!" when it is not. I

have tried every suggestion on a previous post.

QUESTION ONE

Would anyone suggest paying the $50 to purchase the xpsecuritycenter. I believe a company like XPSecurityCenter.com, that will hijack your computer, would probably drain your bank account if they got that information.

I received a temporary solution with the trial version of Spyware Doctor which isolates the virus (buritos.exe) and others. But the problem keeps recurring.

QUESTION TWO...<<<Most Important.

Does anyone have a final removal solution to this problem?

Sleepless in Seattle! < no kidding.
