Finally hitting puberty?

I am 16 YO. 5'7 155-160 in weight. Am i hitting puberty at a late stage? I have noticed that im loosing my voice and it sounds like im sick but i dnt think i have the fever but its jst my voice and a runny nose but one of my friends said im hitting puberty at a late stage? Is this True? am I hiting Puberty now?Its just that im curious because ppl call me ma'am on the phone and ppl think im g*y cause of my voice (would this also relate to puberty)? please help

my cousin started his when he was 17. if you think you're on that stage,so,study harder and be serious for your future. GOD bless.
