Financial Aid/ Pell grant question. Please help. It's a confusing thing.?

I got a receipt the SAR that said i got 2365 dollars from Pell. However it is not applying to my online bill. On my online blil it says no pell grants shown and the bill is said to pay them 2000 something dollars.

Please help. what can i do??? What is going on??? Thank You

Your SAR will not say how much Pell you will receive, only if you are eligible or not.  You need to call the school to find out why your Pell isn't showing up.  Sometimes it takes quite awhile for the school to get the information.... esp if you did your fafsa after March.
