I filed for fafsa in march, my application was set for review. My college website stated I have a "unsatisfied requirement." I went to the office picked up and turned in the worksheet in May. But now (June) it still says "unsatisfied requirement".

I haved called their office twice now, and they Claim they are still going through Financial aid for next year. Should i be worried, becuase I am. Could I talk with anyone else about fixing this problem?? My fin aid office sucks, they are NO help, and in fact have given me Wrong info before.

  1. I am sorry to hear you are not getting a lot of help from your financial aid office.  It does sound as if they have what they need, but need to finish reviewing your file possibly.  This is the busiest time for aid offices because they are closing out the year, doing summer sessions, summer work-study, all while attempting to setup aid packages for next year.

Your best bet is to keep calling them, or if you live in the vicinity plan on either making an appt to speak with your FA counselor or someone in the office that can help you.

    Good luck!
