Finches?question?

i want to know if finches are hanleing birds.are they like decorations or like a bird that will be your best friend?

Sorry finches are just decoration birds. You cant really handle them. But sometimes you will get one that will perch on your hands. My zebra finch does that. But its rare. They do have funny personalitys though and there fun to watch.
