Find Info on Someone?

Question

I am trying to find information on someone ~ most especially if they are employed and by whom..... I have the name, address & phone number of this person. I have just spent over $100 on Internet searches and cannot seem to find out any additional info.... Can someone please lead me to a good search provider?? Thanks!

why does this not smell right....ask the IRS  or call the person and ask.
