If you know what his full first, middle and last name, also date of birth, last known State and County you can do some research yourself.

http://www.criminalsearches.com may be useful but of course is only as useful as the accuracy of the info u have meaning the person may not give someone accurate info about themself.   Different states also have info available on the dept of justice or dept of correction site and every state has a s*x offender registry.  To find that go to http://www.altavista.com/web/adv and enter s*x offender registry in phrase section and the state name for key wd.
