Find Person Living in Mexico?

Is it possible to find someone living in mexico only if you know their name? my friend is searching for her dad but doesn't know how to go about locating where he lives or phone numbers or anything. any suggestions or help? thanks.

I think it is going to be very hard for your friend to find her father, because she has not enough information. She can try the white pages in the telephone list, but only if she knows the city in which his father lives. Otherwise, she will have to search one by one in all the cities.

She could try to locate him by calling the information (here in Mexico we dial 040), but she has to know, at least, the city.
