If you mean a hotel with car parking there are Great Southern hotel right beside the airport, Bewleys Airport Hotel and Hilton Airport hotel a couple miles away but both have shuttle buses to the airport and Bewleys allows you to park there for a charge and use their shuttle even if you are not staying in the hotel.  

The airport itself has a long stay carpark with shuttle buses which is not too expensive.

If you are thinking of a camper van/mobile home there is really no place officially to park. You could park anywhere on a street but you need to be careful its in an ok area.

If you mean a park there is the largest park in Europe, the Phoenix Park but it is illegal to camp there either in a van or tent and in any case would not be safe.

i presume you mean car park... there is one at the entrance to the aiport if you follow the signs.. quite reasonable, I think it works out to be about 5 or 6 euros a day.  There is another one that is not part of the airport, it is slightly cheaper, but I don't think the shuttle buses are as regular..
