Find a roommate in England/Ireland?

Hi everybody. Im a 21 year old black french citizen with a highschool diploma. Do you know how i could find accomodation ( a roommate for example) and a job in England or Ireland? Please answer for both countries. I would like to find accomodation and in one of those countries and work there for one month or so. Do you know any websites or whatever?
