  1. speed = distance / time

    circumference = 2 pi r

    moon orbit = 28 days

    plug in the numbers, massage, get your answer. what's the problem?

  2. The moon orbits Earth at about 2,290 mph

  3. Approximate value....once every 28 days...just a bit of common knowledge lol

  4. Pi times r divided by 28days divided by (24hours/day)

    I don't have a calculator, so I'll estimate

    1.07x1.91E8/7/24 =  1.2E6meters per hour

    I used 28 days as an estimate for a lunar month.

    I also used your distance figure.

  5. so we have orbit(circumference)=2pi(r)=2.4*10^9

    it goes around in one month=29.53 days=708.72 hrs

    so (2.4*10^9)/708.72=3386636 m/hr

    I got different lengths for lunar month, google put it at 29.53 days, wikipedia at 27.3 days
