abercrombie.com(It's 2 expensive but, I think there jeans are reaslly cute and have good quality!)

aeropostale.com(People say its expensive, but it ONLY 20 $!)

wetseal.com(This place is pretty good 2 but sometimes the color fades)

tillys.com(SO CHEAP!)<--They have a real store 2 but, only some malls have this store and if you think it might be to expensive, go on Yahoo.com and on the search bar, type in tilly's coupon and they usually always have good coupons)

i love pacsun jeans, and they're having a 2 pairs for $55 sale right now. =]

Forever 21 had ridiculously cheap skinny jeans. I went today and I saw some for $15!

Also, American Eagle has regular flare jeans on sale right now for 19.95...SUCH A GOOD DEAL, especially when they fit well and are good quality.

I would check those 2 stores out for cheap jeans that are still cute.

For new zealand and australia, cotton on is a wicked place for cheap jeans. just perhaps go for one size bigger than usual because they shrink a bit.
