  1. Find out what his last name was....what city he lives in...calll info....that's how I find mine.   One phone call.   Got him.

  2. If you edit your question to show which Country he is probably in, it will help Contributors advise avenues to search.

If you are in the UK, you could try www.192.com - you will have to buy credits for Electoral Roll info

You could try "Friends Reunited" - there are searchers on there who have copies of the UK Electoral Roll on disc who make no charge.  It's a matter of luck if one picks you up, though.  Friends Reunited itself is totally free - your birth father might actually be a contributor himself - you can search for his name and maybe identify him from info given by him.

  3. Does your birth mother know your biological father's surname?  Was it listed on your original birth certificate?  Do you know how she met him?

Without some documentable evidence, its going to be extremely difficult to convince someone to give you access to legal records that would help you track him down.

  4. You are really going to struggle to get a result on this one I'm afraid, do you know his surname ?, and what is his location. If you are asking from the UK we have the Salvation Army, they do an amazing job of locating missing family.

    hope this helps.

  5. Can't you ask your birthmother?

That's all I know, or may be go to the adopt agency you were adopted and maybe check if they still have your information
