I am not sure what you want but if you want to setup your home page go to tools on internet   and click on the internet option, and then set up the home page

Not sure what you are asking here.  If you want to know what homepage your browser is using you can go to your horizontal menu at the top of your page...

CLick on the word "Tools"  you will get a drop down list of choices

Scroll to the bottom where it says "Internet Options"

Click on that and a new window will open

By default it should be showing the "general" tab

THe first line will show what homepage your browser is set to use.  You can change it there if you wish to.

OR

Perhaps you got an error window that says it cannot find it which is usually temporary.  Wait a few minutes and see if it corrects itself.

If you have DSL, try turning your router off for a minute, then turning  it back on.
