Find sample fund raising letter or solicitation letter.?

I've had to do tons of fund raisers for various teams and groups I've been involved in.  You have to decide whether you'll sell items to earn a %, or if you'd offer incentives for participating (ex: putting a name in a drawing to win something, or giving them a free something for participating, offering a tax write off receipt, etc).  Are you asking for people's time and efforts or just for donations?  Just some things to think about....
