  1. sin(2A) = 2 sin(A) cos(A)

    |cos(A)| = √(1 - sin²(A)) = √(1 - (1/4)²) = (√15)/4

    If 0 ≤ A ≤ π/2, then the cosine is positive, and so

    cos(A) = (√15)/4

    Therefore,

    sin(2A) = 2(1/4)((√15)/4) = (√15)/8
