-10, -4, 2, 8, 14, 20, 26.  the pattern is to add 6.

The first thing to try in any pattern finding problem is simple addition.

-10 + 6 = -4

-4 + 6 = 2

2 + 6 = 8

That's what I get-- each number increased by +6. Next 3 numbers would be 14, 20 and 26
