Find the period of... PLEASE HELP!!!

Question

f(x) = 4sin(3x)

school started today and already 60 problems of homework...that AP Calc for you lol.

Please Help!!

The 3 in front of x tells you how many cycles there are between 0 and 2π radians or 0 and 360 degrees.  Period is the length of one of those cycles so either divide 2π by 3 or 360 by 3 depending on what units it says to use.

i think that it's 2[pi]/3

     [pi] should be the symbol

does that make sense???
