  1. m1 = (8 - K)/(6-4)

         = (8 - K)/2

    m2 = (8-4)/(0+1)

         = 4/1

         = 4

    m1 = m2 (parallel)

       (8-K)/2 = 4

        8 - K = 8

        K = 0

    m1*m2 = -1(perpendicular)

    (8-K)/2 * 4 = -1

    (8-K)/2 = -1/4

    4(8-K) = -2

    32 - 4K = -2

    34 = 4K

    K = 34/4
