Finding Rental property with small dog - advise needed Syd Aus?

I live in Sydney Australia. And need to find a place that will alllow pets as I have a small dog which i love and whom is very much attached to myself.

could someone tell me of website that list properties which allow pets? My dog is tolilet trained and quite but I am having trouble finding somewhere for us to stay help!

any website that you can recommend would be most welcome!

You need to search more. These days real estate business is going beyond limits for customer satisfaction. You may get one.

Often they won't say pets allowed but if you call them they will agree to pets esp if the dog is only small. You have a better chance with houses than with apartments too.

It can also help if you can provide a reference for your pet from a previous landlord. It will just give them piece of mind that you are a good dog owner. Also try offering more bond as security in the case of dog related damage.

If it does not say if it is dog friendly, call the number on the side of the screen and they will answer your questions!
