Finding a hotel in Savona, Italy?

Question

I am trying to find a hotel in Savona, Italy to stay at in August. I would prefer something that isn't too expensive, but I can't find anything at all online. Does anyone know of any hotels in Savona? I am leaving on a cruise from their port and would like to stay as close to the port as possible. Thanks!

The hotels in Savona don't have on-line booking but if you go to www.venere.com ( http://www.venere.com/search/?lg=en&geoi... ), you can find a list of the hotels in Savona, prices and phone numbers to call for booking.

Prices for a double room run from 41 to 57 euro.

There is a bookable hotel at Albenga - Hotel Marisa 65 euro per night

Try this.

I would say that 80 euro is going to be a pretty good deal this time of year.  

Two years ago I spent two nights in La Spezia.  That is just south of Genoa.  I think I spent about 60 euro per night.
