Finding a job in a cruise industry in singapore?

how do i get a job in a cruise industry here in Singapore , i did browse to the website www.cruisecrew.com and even paid for the registration fee , and sadly it have been a month since i got any employement guide or watsover which is promised by them. I lived in Singapore and the agency is currently located in australia .Where could i file a complainent report both here in Singapore and in Australia if this agency is a fraud.....
