Finding a sibling with little information??

Question

I recently found out that my distant father had a child with someone before me and my brother. I am really interested in getting to know her if she is open to it, but im having trouble finding out anything about her. I know her name, but im uncertain I have the correct spelling. Any ideas??

Ask your mom or simply call your dad and ask him, that would be the easiest route to take.  I don't see why your father would have a problem with you talking to your half sister/brother.

i suggest going to the city hall, they have birth records/family records and such. people go there to research family history.
