Finding acceleration or percent error?

I really need help here, i have to complete this table that gives me only some detail. Ill give an example of the first trial and hopefully with some help will understand it and be able to fill the rest of them in. All help very appreciated.

Mass of Cart (kg): .399

Mass of hanging line (kg): .001

Acceleration Measured (m/s2):

Applied Fnet (N) (fnet = mg):

Total Mass (Kg) (M+m): .400

Acceleration Calculated (m/s2) :

% error:

the rest of the trials have the same total mass but differences like .398 cart and .002 hanging line.
