Finding an adopted family member...?

I'm trying to find a possibly adopted family member. When we were young my dad ran a foster home, and we had this boy who lived with us from the day he was born, till he was 5 or 6. I can't really remember how old he was at the time, but he was given back to his mom, only to be taken away again months later. All I know is he was in a foster home (I know the name and all) in 2002. He would be 18 now, turning 19 in october (I remember his birthday, 10/18/1988, and his full name). Does anyone know how I can find him? other than the phone book and myspace :) Something reliable..

when we were little, my brothers, sisters and i promised ourselves we'd someday pay Unsolved Mysteries to find him...we cried for months when he left us, and he's never left our hearts. It's truely like we lost our brother. My sister called me today with news that someone saw him doing construction a week ago in our town, so I know he's local, but his last name might be different....Thanks

  1. Why didn't your sister go over to him ? you really should try myspace or facebook even aol.

  2. I would go to US search and run a check for his name w/ age. Then it will bring up any matches, and instead of paying for the address, i'd take the name and state and enter into a free name and address finder like Black Book online ( http://www.blackbookonline.info ) or Intellius, and see what you can find.

Black book online also has a lot of state specific resources for tracking people for free.

  3. go to city hall/libraries&search for his names

you should be able 2 find him if hes local
