  1. u could get a dna test... maybe.

u might be able to hire a private investigator.

u can click your heels 3 times together and say "theres no place like home" with a glass hamster in your left hand in a full moon at 69 'o clock

  2. if she put you up for adoption, go to that adoption center and look for her name and last address. also make sure she didn't leave the state, check the hospital where you were born and see if she is still on file there or if she's been there recently

  3. I am adopted and did this very thing that you are about to embark on.

There was no internet then so I used:

    City Directories

    Telephone Books

    Birth / Death Certificates

Medical Records (I found my birth record at the hospital)

    Drivers License search

And many more. Gosh, I need to e-mail you. This can take time or it can take a few days. Good luck!! I've never regretted finding my birthfamily. ♥ ∞

  4. A good way place to try starting, is on geneology websites.  I know that the LDS church has a really good one and large one as well. Also, you may try talking ot your dad if he's still around, or talk to your adopted parents and ask if they know. sometimes the agency that did the adoption process or foster care, whatever it is, will have records and may be able to help. Hope it helps.
