Finding brown elastic cord? Please help?

I have a boddice for my renfest costume that came with lacing - but I'm going to be wearing it all day and I wanted to replace the cords w/ elastic cording or something - but I can only find black or white! Any ideas on where I can find brown?

If you can't find brown you could always dye those white cords with tea, just make an extra strong pot and soak the cords overnight then let dry throughly and replace the ties.  I've made maps with this technique for D&D and it holds fast and shouldn't run or bleed.
