Finding instructions?

can someone please help cos am going crazy. phoned up hotpoint to ask if i would be able to download instructions for a hotpoint cooker model no bs45. she said yes just go on www. hotpoint.co.uk and you can take it from there. for the life of me i cant find that models insruction manual. is it just me or does one defo not exist. can somebody try for me thanks.

i couldn't find the BS45 on the page either.  there was a bs43 though.  Maybe you should call them back and ask again.

Is a phone attached to cooker?  Ha,ha.This is phone section. If it were me I'd call them up again and ask to send you instruction manual even if you have to pay for it. At least you'll have it.
