Which is the best way to find VC for a pvt. ltd form,

i have a new company in which i have invested my own money and i am looking for investors.

Any suggestions.

Do you have a project report with cash flow details. ??

Present this to a Banker of your choice and convince him for VC participation. Do you possess a good financial credentials. What is your age factor. Do you have some past experience in Business competence. All this matter when you seek additional funds whether it be by VC participation or as investment from others.

You may be having a circle of friends, associates, others - approach them with your proposal and some may find it worth their investments.

Finance comes to you where there is integrity and the profits are assured including repayments on due dates.
