Finding jobs in Marketing in Canada - Help?

I am looknig immigrate to Canada and need to start looknig for Marketing jobs in Financial Services, in Canada.

I currently earn £34,000 or $65,000 and am keen on roles in B.C in Canada.

Can anyone suggest banks or similar fimrs, and any contatc names or addresses.

Also, any good recruitment firms/agencies to use or job sites.

What i s the best way to start all this process if i want a firm to ehlp with immigration visa's etc.
