i have looked for low income apartments in phenix city, alabama and they don't have very many around here they have them all over but here in phenix city where can someone find help in findind an apartment they need

Did you ever find one? I'm also looking for low income/income based apartment in phenix city. I recently looked at springridge but im not sure if they are low income or not. I'm hoping they are. I cant seem to find any information on them at all. They were not in the apartment rental books i got.
