Finding out what my AV/INPUT channel is

Question

I've purchased a new VCR/DVD combo and I've hooked it up to the TVToshiba Model# CF2665K. In order to program the channel's in and set up all the program info I am told to push a button on my remote control or refer to my owner's manual. (I have neither of these). I've called the RCA help line and they say that they can do nothing for me until I get this information.Please help me.
