Finding people through net? plz help?

i want to find people through their voter id card living in india.

how can i find plz help

Go to Google.com, type full  name of the person in the search bar, put double quotes for the name so that search engine will find only the name you are searching  for.  You will be able to find the names of the voters of which the list in uploaded on the web.
