I'm getting a new car in March.

Here are my preferences:

-SUV

-Leather seats

-18+ mpg

-4WD

-Under $10,000

-Great safety rating

What do suggest I choose based on my preferences, where/how can i find best deals (tips/tricks/places/etc)

And when is the best time to buy a car?

Highlander. Any time is good but each month has a different rebate (nothing to do with the season). So check for that. And usually in the middle or end of the year, a car that year, since the next year will be already out is likely to have more rebate and discounts.
