    you start by finding the persons lawyer or in a good few case here in Ireland the person may have used the lawyer of there credit union as at one stage you could make will free with them

  4. Call it by its proper name. It's the Republic of Ireland.

    I'd say your best bet is to contact the Law Society of Ireland.

  5. If you know the county the person lived in, ask any solicitor there, to be told where to contact.  I was able to check one in Mayo.  I was able to see it for myself, and if I wanted a copy I could pay a fee and it would be mailed out to me.
