Findrive 400

Question

my finedrive 400 is not working correctly. i keep trying to set a home destination but it keeps going to a completely different city and address. i got it used and it hasnt worked correctly since i got it. does this have anything to do with my findrive or does my gps card just need an update...is finedrive updating cards???
