Fine Digital FineDrive 400 GPS Receiver Problem

Question

when i turn on my gps system it stays on the welcome scereen  i was told by fine drive to hold down the buttions on the left side for 7 seconds but it did not work .cant contact company by phone or e mail to fix problem
