Question:

Fine Dining & Riding at the sametime. How do you feel about the concept?

I am working on the concept of taking meals on wheels to another level. I mean, people have been road side dining for years. Take-out spots have been a staple in this country for a very long time. I am wondering how many of you would take a date on a mobile fine dining restaurant?

  1. i do not want to eat while riding, it would make me feel nausea

  2. It depends on the location.  If I were on vacation somewhere and wanted to see some interesting scenery while I'm eating, I could see myself doing it.  I might even do it if it were in my own town, once, just to see what it was all about.

I think this idea is more geared toward the tourism industry, personally.

  3. It's already available in No. California called "The Napa Valley Wine Train".  Leaves from Napa through the wine country about 25 miles, and serves lunch or dinner depending on your departure times.

  4. I depends on where we are riding. I ate dinner in a gondola in San Antonio, TX one time. That was cool, we were acompanied by music. What kind of fine dining? My idea of fine isn't Denny's or Red Robbin. Four star food (not the tiny dallop of food) would be worth it in an incredible place, like Yellowstone or Paris.
