  3. Eat at the Buffet.

  4. Try any of the vegetarian-friendly restaurants listed on VegDining.com.  Here's the link for Las Vegas/Nevada:

    Good luck!

  5. Some of the mid-higher end restaurants have good vegetarian options- Mesa grill.

Try a Churruscarria. A brazilian steakhouse. For the meat eater there is  SO MUCH meat. It is all you can eat and they bring it to your table. Men love it.

They notoriously have rice, sauteed bananas, beans on the side as well as a kick butt salad bar with asparagus, grilled veggies etc. They charge half the price as well for people who don't eat meat.

I believe in Vegas they have either a Fogo de Chao or Tejas de Brazil. If not one of those two, I know I saw an ad for one if you check with your concierge or travel book.

BTW- it is all you can eat but it is not a "buffet" so to speak as they bring the meat around to you on spits. It is usually decorated in a steak house fashion. Not ultra fine but fine enough to entertain clients.
